Epic Games is set to roll out one of its most exciting crossovers yet, confirming a full Formula 1 (F1) collaboration arriving in Fortnite on November 20th. The update drops just before the Las Vegas Grand Prix and the launch of Chapter 7 Season 1, bringing the world of high-speed motorsport into the Fortnite universe.
All 10 official Formula 1 teams will be featured in the Item Shop as part of the new F1 Cosmetic Team Set, available on November 20th at 7 PM ET / 12 AM GMT. Players will be able to choose from a wide range of themed cosmetics, including racing-inspired outfits, sleek F1-style gliders and matching pickaxes.
Formula 1 officials view this collaboration as a strategic step toward reaching a younger, highly engaged audience. Emily Prazer, Chief Commercial Officer of Formula 1, said the partnership helps the sport connect with fans wherever they are and ensures F1 remains part of their everyday interests.
The Fortnite x F1 crossover continues the game’s growing trend of major brand partnerships, blending sports, pop culture and entertainment. With Fortnite’s competitive events gaining momentum, such collaborations keep gameplay fresh while offering players unique new ways to express their fandom.
