N5 Million Bail Granted: Regina Daniels’ Brother, Sammy West, Released Amidst Nwoko Family Feuds

Samuel “Sammy West” Ojeogwu, the brother of Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, has been granted bail of ₦5 million by an Abuja Magistrate Court, bringing temporary relief in a saga that has intertwined celebrity life, political influence, and legal disputes.

After spending several days in detention, including time at Keffi and Suleja Prisons, his release marks a major development in the ongoing feud between the Daniels family and Senator Ned Nwoko. According to the FCT Police Command, Sammy West was arrested for failing to honor previous invitations regarding a petition that accused him of multiple offenses, including criminal conspiracy, trespass, assault, criminal intimidation, theft, and cyberbullying.

Nigerians, thank you.” Actress Doris Ogala also praised political activist Omoyele Sowore and his legal team for their involvement in securing the bail, highlighting the strong public support the family has received.
