Chocolate City Music Management has accused Nigerian rapper Tochukwu “Odumodublvck” Ojogwu of assaulting one of its staff members, Feyi Ajayi, and engaging in a sustained pattern of harassment against its team and associated artists.
According to a statement sent to PREMIUM TIMES, the alleged assault occurred backstage at the Rhythm Unplugged concert. The label claimed that Odumodublvck approached Ajayi, made threatening statements about Chocolate City and its leadership, and headbutted him without provocation. When a bodyguard intervened, the rapper and his associates reportedly poured drinks on Ajayi while shouting expletives. Ajayi was hospitalized and is receiving treatment for his injuries.
The record label described Odumodublvck’s behavior as part of a wider campaign of intimidation, alleging that he had previously targeted fellow rapper Blaqbonez and other members of the Chocolate City family. The management claimed that the rapper had sent multiple threatening messages, disrupted performances, and engaged in public attacks and cyberbullying, escalating tensions within the music industry.
Chocolate City emphasized that the safety of its staff is a top priority and that the matter has been escalated to the relevant authorities. The label added that it is committed to pursuing all available legal channels to ensure accountability and protect its team from further harm.
“As a law-abiding organisation, we take no pleasure in making this public statement, but when an artist’s behaviour becomes a sustained campaign of violence, particularly targeting women, we have a duty to act,” the statement read.
Odumodublvck has not responded to the allegations, and a review of his social media pages shows no public statement addressing the claims.
